2．Using the information provided in the online request form, a JET8 representative will complete and email a General Estimate shortly - often within the same day. Along with the General Estimate, the JET8 representative will also email the Service Application Form. If you are interested in using the Cool 24 Delivery Service, fill out the necessary fields of this form and mail it, signed, to JET8's offices. Upon receiving this form, the contract with JET8 will commence and JET8's pros will begin looking into all of the details of the shipment.

3．JET8 provides limited package collection service within certain areas of Tokyo. A JET8 representative will determine with the customer whether the point of origin is within this service area. Should the point of origin fall outside JET8's collection service area, please ship via refrigerated truck or bring the shipment to JET8's offices.
